Day 1 · Wulingyuan
At Yuanjiajie, follow the plateau edge for close views of quartz sandstone pillars around Qiankun Pillar and the First Bridge Under Heaven. At Tianzi Mountain, enjoy broader views and identify Imperial Brush Peaks and Fairy Scattering Flowers. Elevators, cable cars and shuttle buses help with connections, but viewpoint paths still require walking. The order depends on your entrance and services that day; the full Yangjiajie loop is not added.
Day 2 · Woodland walks
Swap mountaintop views for looking up from the valley, following the stream past cliffs, flowing water and woodland plants. Golden Whip Rock, Eagle Protecting the Whip, Meeting from Afar and Jumping Fish Pool are on different sections. Choose highlights to suit your stamina and agree on turning points rather than covering everything at once. Keep your distance from wildlife; do not feed or chase it.
Day 3 · Mountain scenery
Focus on Tianmen Cave and summit paths as a separate mountain visit near the city, not to be confused with Tianzi Mountain in Wulingyuan. Confirm open routes, ascent and descent options, steps and exposed sections before finalizing. Glass walkways are not included by default.
Day 4 · Old-town extension
Allow time for travel south and exploring the old towns. Accommodation location, walking routes and luggage arrangements will be detailed later.
Day 5 · Change your base
Allow time for transfers and settling in. Transport arrangements are to be confirmed.
Day 6 · Old-town wandering
Explore riverbanks, lanes and local history, balancing daytime sightseeing with evening walks. Guiding, tickets and routing remain to be arranged.
Day 7 · Trading history
This itinerary section is not yet bookable. Visiting scope, guiding and transfers depend on the final confirmed plan.
Day 8 · Explore the old town
Walk through Qianyang Ancient Town and experience its historic lanes. The exact route and guiding are subject to the final confirmed plan.
Day 9 · Onward transport
Choose departure location and timing after checking flights or trains and ground transport.
Includes mountain paths, steps and some standing. Scenic-area transport can reduce climbing but not eliminate walking. Extensions also involve transfers.
