Do not put phone numbers, emails, passport or ID numbers, bank-card details, verification codes or other sensitive information in reviews, captions, Q&A or public names. Photos should also exclude documents, payment screens and private information shared without consent.
Use a public nickname appropriate for travel discussions. Do not post full order details in public Q&A to describe a booking experience. This website does not yet provide live order lookup or after-sales support channels.
