What details should be explained to international travellers?
Languages, meeting points, identification requirements and service limitations are more useful than slogans.
Specify the guiding or reception languages actually available, meeting and drop-off points, transfer coverage, luggage arrangements and booking confirmation process. If a language service requires advance reservation, do not describe it as routinely available every day.
Provide verifiable current information on identification requirements, child policies, opening hours and cancellation/change conditions for hotel check-in or ticket validation. Leave unverified information subject to confirmation rather than copying another provider's rules.
